A: Please provide source (AI/EPS/PDF/CDR) file.
Q3: MOQ?
A: Most of products is 100 pcs.
Q4: How long will it take to receive my order / lead time?
A: Most of order is 15 days after artwork or sample confirmed.
Q5: Do you offer custom packaging or assembly?
A: Yes, we could provide OPP bag or heat shrinkable film for packaging.
Q6: Whether samples could be provided or not? And the sample lead time is?
A: Yes, we could provide samples. Kindly note sample fees need to be charged for the new customer, and as soon as customers place the order, we will return all the sample charges. And the lead time for the sample production is 3-5 days.
Q7: What are the factors mainly influence the price?
A: The factors mainly include: materials, techniques ,specification and the quantity.
Q8: How to transportation?
A: If the quantity is not big or you need it urgently, we advise you to ship them by Express such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc.
If your quantity is large, we advise you to use Sea shipping or Air shipping. And FOB sea prot in Shanghai, Ningbo or Shenzhen.
